Johns Hopkins University Research Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland
The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Research Assistant in the division of Adolescent Medicine. A significant part of this position will be to recruit participants and conduct one-on-one interviews for this qualitative research study. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to assist with data analysis at the conclusion of data collection.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Recruit study participants from Harriet Lane clinic and via community partners, including screening and managing informed consent process.
Conduct one-on-one interviews with consented participants.
Assist with data analysis, and other administrative study tasks.
Complete required human subjects and DocuSign trainings as well as maintain certification.
Assist with annual continuing review for IRB protocols and progress report preparation for funders (e.g., NIJ, NIH)
Attend team meetings as needed.
Additional duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 HRLY ($36,000 targeted; Commensurate with experience)
